Becoming A Client
Clients are most often referred to our office through a lawyer familiar with the firm, a former/current client, or a trusted professional. If you would like to set up a time to discuss your unique situation please first fill out the initial contact form below.
From there one of our professional staff will reach out to obtain further information to ensure we are able to assist you. From there they will then schedule an in-person consultation for you and the attorney to asses compatibility, which is crucial in an attorney client relationship.
The consultation will be an opportunity to discuss the process, the firm’s approach to the issues in your case, and any questions you may have.

Upon receipt of your completed contact form we will promptly respond to obtain further information about your case, provide a detailed intake form for additional information, preform a conflict check, and our availability to schedule a consultation.
Should you desire to set a consultation, upon our review of the intake form, we will provide available dates and times for the consultation. Consultations are an hour long and are charged at a flat rate of $300 which must be at the commencement of the consultation either by cash or check. From there should you choose to hire the office there will be a retainer agreement and retainer fee which will be assessed and discussed during the consultation.
